Legal Terms and conditions of the company
These terms are hereby set down to define the terms under which M/s. Aquarius Web Hosting Pvt Ltd.
(Hereinafter known as the Company) agrees to reserve virtual space (herein known as the "space") on the server (hereinafter known as the "server") that is co-hosted at
their premises (hereinafter known as the "premises") to the client (herein after known as "the client").
The space shall be calculated in units of MB or any other measurement technique as may be in force from time to time. Unit of time for which space shall be kept reserved will be one year or multiples thereof.
The space booked for by the client shall be paid for in advance for a year or any other larger duration as may be decided from time to time in regard to special promotional offers.
The Company shall endeavor to provide 99.9% availability of the web sites hosted on the web server, every effort to meet this end have been met from high end web servers using genuine Intel parts to Centralized UPS, direct connectivity by co-hosting bypassing the need for T1 lines, mirroring disk, automatic routine back-ups, etc.
The company will however not be responsible for any failure due to circumstances out of its control, due to natural calamity, etc.
The code of conduct for usage of this space will be governed as follows:
1) No pornography, sex-related merchandising will permitted on any of the sites hosted in the space.
2) No illegal activity or content that may be damaging to the servers & other servers on the Internet will be permitted to be hosted in this space.
3) Any site selling or promoting bulk E-mail services or performing bulk E-mailing from a domain on the server or
linking/pointing to a domain on the server is not allowed.
4) Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any law is prohibited.
5) Data not permitted includes but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret or other statutes.
In the unlikely event of a dispute arising, the decision of the representatives of the Company is final.
The Company reserves the right to move the server from the premises to other premises at their discretion.
All terms used above are as per
common parlance.
